Babel Spanish is a fresh learning
environment developed by well-trained and experienced university
professors. Our team has pursued Literature and Linguistic Studies
at the University of Buenos Aires (U.B.A., one of the most important
in Latin America) and most of them are pursuing postgraduate studies
in the area of "Spanish as a Second Language" (ELE). These academic
interests keep them updated on the most recent advances in Spanish
Language Learning. Our specific background is one of our trademarks:
in spite of their promotional claims, most of the commercial
institutes in Buenos Aires lack teachers formally trained in the
area of ELE (Ask them for their diplomas!).
What distinguishes our lessons: we know
how to take advantage of the interactive nature of the class, using
various resources to develop the student’s communicative skills.
While we do this, we concentrate on the student’s abilities,
improving their weaknesses, in order to bring out a balanced
linguistic knowledge. We don’t deliver grammar as a market product:
we know most of all that language is a part of the individual’s
experience, and that it has to be tailored to those experiences.
